DESOCO3 project – Open Call for external expertise
FIEC and the European Federation of Building and Woodworkers (EFBWW) are looking for an External Expert to contribute to the EU-funded DESOCO3 (“Continuation of Decentralised Thematic Social Dialogue for the Construction Industry”) project.
The expert will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive mapping study on national legislation related to subcontracting in the construction sector across all EU Member States and the EEA. This study will analyse legal provisions, including limitations on subcontracting chains, temporary work agencies, and other intermediaries.
The DESOCO3 project, co-financed by the European Commission, aims to strengthen Social Dialogue and address key industry challenges. You can read more about the project here.
APPLICATION DETAILS:
- Deadline to submit tenders: 19 May, 2025
- Maximum budget: €40,000 (incl. VAT and all charges)
- Required expertise: Legal knowledge of EU and national labour laws, subcontracting regulations, and experience working with social partners.
