"EU Talent Pool" - FIEC Joint Statement on European Commission's proposal
FIEC, together with 7organisations, published a joint call for key adjustments to the "EU Talent Pool" proposal in a statement addressing the European Commission.
We advocate to introduce a series of initiatives to make the EU more attractive to talent from third countries, and help address critical labour shortages. The "EU Talent Pool" will match employers with jobseekers from non-EU countries, and foreseens measures simplifying qualifications’ recognition procedures to promote student and labour market mobility.
