FIEC (European Construction Industry Federation), the EIC (European International Contractors) and EuDA (European Dredging Association) will launch a comparative study on the methodologies used or proposed in European countries to measure and evaluate CO2e emission reductions in public works tenders.
For this joint study we are looking for a consultant. Check out the “Terms of Reference” (ToR) for this study.
