The EXCEL4HOUSING4.0 consortium is pleased to announce its Open Innovation Pitch & Matchmaking Event. The event will be held online on the 27th October 2026, from 10.00 to 13.00 CET. It is organised within the framework of the EXCEL4HOUSING4.0 Open Innovation Programme, with the overarching objective of connecting innovative SMEs and start-ups with potential adopters and partners across the European construction and housing sector.
The event will open with an Innovation Pitching Session, during which SMEs selected through the Open Innovation Programme will present their solutions addressing three different areas: digitalisation in construction, circular economy and resource efficiency, and energy efficiency and net-zero housing. This will be followed by thematic networking, matchmaking and brainstorming sessions.
The event is open to a wide range of stakeholders in the construction and housing ecosystem, including construction companies, SMEs and start-ups, VET providers and universities, researchers, public authorities, housing organisations, clusters, innovation actors and European networks.
