On 17 October, the European Labour Authority (ELA) launched its information and awareness-raising campaign on the construction sector. This campaign focuses on the rights and obligations of employers and workers in particular related to posting of workers.
The campaign will be running for at least 6 months and simultaneously via different online platforms (LinkedIn, X, Youtube, …), a mobile app and also locally on construction sites and more.
You can already have a first look at the materials on the campaign Website.
This campaign is part of ELA’s activities for 2023, dedicated to the construction sector.
In this context, ELA has organised several events such as seminar for employers on the posting of workers, concerted and joint inspections on worksites, and released a report on information provision, enforcement, social security coordination and cooperation between Member States in relation to posting of workers in the construction sector.
You can watch a YouTube video teaser of the campaign.
A leaflet is also available for download in 23 languages - visit the page and select your own language via this link.
